Kenya

For every pair sold in Kenya, we make a donation to Nature Kenya and more specifically to the projects of habitat restoration of the Taita Hills in order to protect the endemic and critically endangered Taita Apalis.

Taita Apalis

A medium size warbler endemic to the Taita Hills is in line of being the first endemic bird of Kenya threatened of going extinct. The population is currently estimated around 60-100 birds. The rapid trend of its population decline is in large caused by the deforestation of the Taita Hills.
